“The pain is real, but we are not our pain. We keep moving forward creatively despite everything, finding our way by cultivating flexibility and trusting that we know what’s best for ourselves.”
I am a Lebanese licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, specialized in Psycho‑organic Analysis (APO, 2016–2019, France). I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Adjustment P...sychology and a Master in Peace and Development from La Sapienza University, Italy. I hold a certificate in CBT for depression and anxiety, as well as mindfulness-based interventions, and I continue my professional development in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I work primarily with adults and adolescents aged 14 and above, supporting them through trauma, life transitions, and recurring family patterns. My experience spans private practice, primary healthcare centers, and international NGOs. I have led stress and trauma support groups with The British Council, worked on student protection policies with the Lebanese Ministry of Education (MEHE), and volunteered with the national suicide prevention hotline (Embrace, Lifeline 1564). I have also worked as a school counselor with children with learning difficulties and on the high-functioning autism spectrum.
My approach is integrative and contextual. I aim to listen to each client’s needs and requests and work collaboratively to support their well-being and personal growth. Together, we explore the process creatively and logically, helping the person reconnect with the wisdom within, even in moments of feeling incapable, stuck in worry, guilt, or stress.
Support is always important, but the true actor of change is you, even when it feels like nothing is working, something within you is already moving.
