Compassion Focused Therapy is another important part of my work, as it helps cultivate a kind, non-judgmental understanding of your thoughts and emotions. This approach allows us to observe, without shame or criticism, how we react to challenges and guides us toward self-forgiveness and emotional healing through mindfulness and compassion. While I’m less formally trained in Existential Therapy, it often arises naturally in my sessions as we explore life’s deeper questions—such as finding purpose or dealing with uncertainty, fear, or loss.
