I’m a German psychotherapist, behavioral therapist, and criminal psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting adults through emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.
I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, stress, or major life changes, helping them navigate difficult emotions, regain control, and build a sense of safe...ty and balance. My approach is compassionate, practical, and evidence-based, and I create a space where you can feel understood and supported.
Over the years, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, including individuals in educational settings, correctional and rehabilitation institutions, and asylum seekers and refugees. No matter the circumstances, my goal is to help each person feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.
