Let me first begin by saying that I appreciate and admire you for taking the first courageous step of accepting that help is needed, and reaching out.

I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology degree from Sofia University, CA, USA.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach when offering a counseling session, which means the session plans are customized to fit your needs as a client. Most of my sessions include the added benefits of mindfulness.
I offer a safe, judgment-free, and confidential space for all my clients.

Some of my expertise includes recovery from - Inner-child Trauma healing, stress/anxiety, grief/loss, career change/passion development, and relationships.
Some of my modalities include - Mindfulness-based Hakomi approach, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative approach, Psychodynamic, Art based therapy, & Trauma-informed.

One unique aspect of my sessions is that I also offer energy/intuitive based oracle readings to provide further guidance to the clients as the need arises during the course of the sessions.
