About the Expert I'm a UK-trained licensed clinical psychologist and certified grief educator based in the USA with more than 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. I work with adolescents, adults, and families providing one-to-one psychological support and group therapy. I use an integrative approach in the psychotherapy and counseling process, drawing on cognitive behavioral and other third-wave CBT (ACT and DBT), compassion-focused, trauma-informed, and attachment-based theories.

I've worked in various settings including the public (NHS) and private sector, hospitals, and (short-term/long-term) inpatient psychiatric units.
