About the Expert I graduated with honors in 2018 from Holy Spirit University of kaslik with a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and dietetics, and I carried on my studies to acquire my master's degree in Public Health specialty in 2021. I have undergone several trainings in different fields with various organizations and hospitals in Lebanon such as Saint Joseph Hospital, Hospital of the cross, and I have acquired numerous certifications with the National Kidney Foundation in the United States concerning kidney disease and hemodialysis patients who were my interest in Master thesis. I have been working for 5 years in my clinic in Lebanon called Eat Well Live Well, offering support for people targeting weight gain, weight loss, or treating several medical conditions: hypertension, cardiac disease, celiac disease, diabetes Type 1 and Type 2, anorexia, gastrointestinal disease, and many others. I’ve been running my own business since 2020 called Healthy Snacks by Elissa, I modify and develop healthy snack recipes and introduce them into my patient’s healthy lifestyle because the diet is not about restrictions but moderation is the key.
